The Kingdom was created with the active adventurer in mind. From RV and Boating, to Sports Cars and Utility Vehicles, we have created a community where storage is King. Currently offering up to 40' x 60' temperature controlled spaces, these units have oversized entry doors to accommodate the largest of toys.  If you are looking for a fully functional Man Cave for a bit more comfort, we have that as well. Offering on site water and sewer utilities, these spaces are centrally located in the Lake of the Ozarks placing you where the fun is happening.

Coming soon, we are offering affordable single family housing with storage in mind!  Built around the same concept of large storage, these homes comfortably accommodate the full-time, seasonal adventure, or even the weekend warrior.
